ALBUQUERQUE, NM - An accident caused a road closure in southwest Albuquerque early Monday morning, authorities said.
The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office issued a traffic alert regarding the incident at about 2 a.m. Deputies responded to the scene near the 300 block of La Vega Drive SW. The sheriff's office reported "injuries of a possible hip fracture".
The northbound and southbound lanes of La Vega Drive were shut down while the crash was being cleared and investigated. Further updates will be provided by our Albuquerque car accident lawyer as more information becomes available regarding the incident.
