Interstate 25 closed in both directions in Socorro due to accident

SOCORRO, NM - A crash shut down Interstate 25 and New Mexico 1 in Socorro early Wednesday morning, the New Mexico Department of Transportation said.

According to an alert on NMRoads at 12:28 a.m., NM1 and I-25 at exit 147 were closed in both directions for police activity.
