ALBUQUERQUE, NM - A crash was affecting rush-hour traffic for drivers in Albuquerque on Friday morning, the New Mexico Department of Transportation said.
According to a report on NMRoads shortly after 7 a.m., the accident happened on Interstate 40 westbound at mile marker 156 at the Rio Grande river bridge. The right lane on I-40 was shut down near the scene.
Drivers were advised to proceed with caution and expect delays. No further details on what led to the accident have been released.
