RIO RANCHO, NM - Police responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle accident that was disrupting traffic in Rio Rancho on Friday morning.
According to the Rio Rancho Observer, three vehicles were involved in the crash that occurred on the Northwest Loop at around 11:15 a.m. There were no immediate reports of injuries but the vehicles, including a truck, were reported to have sustained a significant amount of damage.
Both lanes of the Northwest Loop were closed off to traffic during the crash response before reopening a short time later.
