ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Authorities said one person was injured in a crash in northeast Albuquerque on Thursday afternoon.
According to a tweet from the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office shortly before 2 p.m., the accident happened in the area of Edith Boulevard NE and El Pueblo Road. One person was transported to an area hospital, though no details were released on their condition.

Deputies are on scene of a crash at the intersection of Edith Blvd and El Pueblo. One person has been transported to a local hospital.

Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene and shut down the intersection. Drivers were advised to avoid the area.
All lanes were reported to have been reopened about two hours later.
