ALBUQUERQUE, NM - One person was injured in an accident involving an Albuquerque Police Department vehicle Thursday, reports KOAT.
The police car and another vehicle collided in the area of Lomas Boulevard and Louisiana Boulevard NE, causing the police vehicle to catch fire. One person in the other vehicle was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The crash is under investigation by the police department's southeast command.
