ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Two people were critically injured in a crash in northeast Albuquerque on Thursday evening, police said.
A report by KOAT stated that two vehicles were involved in the wreck that took place on Montgomery Boulevard near Pan-American Freeway. The two injured victims were rushed to an area hospital.
Eastbound Montgomery Boulevard from Pan American Freeway was shut down while emergency units responded to the scene. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Albuquerque Police Department's motor unit.
