News: 2 injured in collision involving motorcycle on Alameda Blvd

ALBUQUERQUE, NM -  Two people were injured in a crash involving a motorcycle in Albuquerque on Sunday afternoon, reports KOAT.

Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office deputies were at the scene of the wreck on eastbound Alameda Boulevard NE and Coors Boulevard, where the motorcycle collided with a motor vehicle. 

The operator of the motorcycle sustained a broken bone and was taken to an area hospital, while the other driver had minor injuries.

The BCSO is investigating the cause of the accident, and so far no citations have been issued.   The eastbound lanes of Alameda Boulevard were closed for the investigation.
