ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Authorities were responding to a crash affecting traffic on Interstate 40 Monday, KRQE reports.
New Mexico State Police were at the scene along with deputies from the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office. The incident was reported to have happened on I-40 west near Route 66 Casino. The interstate was closed west of Albuquerque at mile marker 138, and drivers were advised to find alternate routes as delays were expected.
No injuries were immediately reported, our Albuquerque car accident attorney says, and there was no word yet on what led to the crash.
