ALBUQUERQUE, NM - A crash slowed down traffic for drivers in Albuquerque during Friday morning's rush hour.
According to the New Mexico Department of Transportation's NMRoads website, the accident happened on Interstate 40 at Atrisco Vista Boulevard. The alert, issued at 7:49 a.m., said the scene was at mile marker 151, about one mile west of 98th Street.
The right lane was closed on I-40 westbound as emergency crews responded to the area. Drivers were advised to reduce speeds, use caution, and expect traffic delays. There was no immediate word on whether anyone was injured.
