ALBUQUERQUE, NM - An early morning accident on the on-ramp of Paseo Del Norte Eastbound at I-25 Southbound left one lane blocked and caused traffic delays in northeast Albuquerque.
According to a report by Total Traffic Albuquerque, the accident occurred at approximately 5:20 AM on Monday.
