GALLUP, NM - New Mexico State Police reported an accident with injuries occurred last week north of Gallup.
The State Police tweeted that the incident took place Thursday on State Road 491 at mile marker 15. A vehicle was reported to have collided with a semi. Photos from the scene show the semi on its side and the pickup heavily damaged.
No details were released on the number or severity of the injuries involved. Police said alcohol appeared to have been a contributing factor in the wreck. All lanes of State Road 491 were shut down for the accident investigation, our Albuquerque truck accident attorney adds.
