DEMING, NM - The New Mexico Department of Transportation said an accident was slowing down traffic in a portion of Luna County on Friday morning.
According to NMRoads, the crash happened on Interstate 10 east of Deming and was reported at 8:23 a.m. The passing left lane on I-10 westbound was closed from mile marker 87 to mile marker 85 while crews responded to the scene.
