Lanes closed on I-40 after crash near Atrisco Vista Blvd

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Drivers in Albuquerque were facing traffic delays Wednesday following a crash on Interstate 40.

According to a report by KOAT, the incident resulted in a vehicle ending up in the median of I-40 near Atrisco Vista Boulevard.  There was no immediate word on any injuries.

One lane was shut down in each direction of I-40 while the scene was being cleared.  Drivers were advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.  Our Albuquerque truck accident attorney mentions that the accident occurred after road conditions had become treacherous due to snow in the Albuquerque area.
