ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Albuquerque police responded to the scene of a fatal vehicle versus pedestrian crash last Thursday morning, according to the Albuquerque Journal.
The incident happened in the area of First Street and McKnight Avenue NW in the northwest section of the city. Police arrived at the scene at about 4 a.m. and found a person in the roadway who had already died.
The Albuquerque Police Department's Motor Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident . The victim's identity was not released.
