BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM - Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a rollover crash involving a gas tank truck in Bernalillo County on Wednesday evening.
The incident happened at Desert Road and Broadway Boulevard Southeast, according to a tweet from the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office at 8:39 p.m.

Deputies are on the scene of a roll over crash at Desert and Broadway involving a gas tank truck. Gas has reported to have spilled in the area. All through traffic at the intersection are being diverted away from the scene.
KOAT reported the truck driver suffered a possible neck injury and was transported to the University of New Mexico Hospital. The accident resulted in a gas spill in the area, and all through traffic at the intersection was diverted away from the scene.
No evacuations in the area were necessary.
