Pedestrian dies after being hit by motorcycle in NE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - A pedestrian died following an accident in northeast Albuquerque last week, according to the Albuquerque Journal.

Police were dispatched to the scene at San Antonio Drive and Louisiana Boulevard Tuesday shortly after midnight.

Investigators said a man ran into the roadway, turned and stopped in front of a motorcycle heading eastbound.  The man was struck by the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the motorcycle and a passenger sustained minor injuries and were taken to the University of New Mexico Hospital.
