RIO RANCHO, NM - A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Rio Rancho's Loma Colorado neighborhood Tuesday morning, police said.
A report by KOAT states that Rio Rancho police and fire rescue crews responded to the scene shortly before 6 a.m. A man was hit in a crosswalk at Valle Alto Drive NE near Terraza Boulevard, and was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's name was not immediately released.
