Pedestrian injured after being hit by vehicle in South Valley

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office responded to a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash in South Valley on Wednesday night.

According to a traffic alert posted at 8:17 p.m., BCSO deputies were called to the scene in the area of Raymac Road SW and Coors Boulevard SW.  The pedestrian who was struck was reported conscious and breathing and was rushed to a local hospital.

All southbound lanes of Coors Boulevard were shut down for the accident investigation.
