ALBUQUERQUE, NM - An accident at a restaurant in northeast Albuquerque last week left one person injured, according to KRQE.
It happened Nov. 15, when a pickup truck crashed through the front window of Mario’s Pizza and Ristorante at Juan Tabo Boulevard and Menaul Boulevard at about 5:30 p.m.
Restaurant owner Eddy Burgarello said one customer was struck in the incident but not seriously injured. No other injuries were reorted.
The restaurant shut down early after the crash. Police said speed may have been a contributing facor, according to Burgarello.
