RIO RANCHO, NM - First responders were called to the scene of a collision in the Golf Course Corridor early Monday morning.
According to a report by the Rio Rancho PD, the crash happened at about 6 a.m. at the intersection of Golf Course Road Southeast and Cabezon Boulevard Southeast.
Due to an ongoing vehicle crash investigation, please avoid the intersection of Golf Course and Cabezon. An update will be posted when the intersection is clear.

We do not know at this time if anyone was injured in the crash.
The intersection was blocked for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene. Traffic began to flow again shortly before 10 a.m.
