ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Rush-hour commuters in east Albuquerque were faced with major delays following a crash on I-40 Monday evening.
According to a report by KKOB Traffic, the collision occurred at about 4:41 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to Louisiana Boulevard.

Details about the cause of the crash, the number of vehicles involved, and whether there were any injuries have not been released yet. As the cleanup and investigation continued, drivers were advised to seek an alternative route.
