COURTLAND TOWNSHIP, MI - Michigan State Police were called to the scene of a fatal collision in Kent County on Wednesday.
According to a post on X at 5:20 p.m, two vehicles were involved in the crash at the intersection of 14 Mile Road and Myers Lake Avenue.
Grand Rapids Post troopers said that one driver crossed over the center line, hit a van, and was killed. The victim was a 28-year-old man from Greenville.
The driver of the van, a 42-year-old man, was hospitalized in serious condition. State Police are investigating the cause of the wreck.
