The Sunland Park Fire Department tweeted that the incident occurred at McNutt Road and Antone Street at about 11l p.m. First responders arrived to find a person pinned under a vehicle. The victim, whose identity was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Woodard, was providing traffic control for a crash involving a semi-tractor trailer and a passenger vehicle.
