Pedestrian dies after hit-and-run incident in Cass County

CASS COUNTY, MI - Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run incident that killed a pedestrian in Cass County on Monday morning.

WNDU reports sheriff's deputies responded to the scene on US-12 near Mason Street in Porter Township shortly before 6:30 a.m. They arrived to find the body of a male who had died after being struck by a car. No details were released on the victim's identity or the vehicle involved in the crash.
