GRAND RAPIDS, MI - A man wanted in connection with two hit-and-run accidents in Grand Rapids on Wednesday night was apprehended by police.
According to WZZM, the first incident occurred on Bridge Street, where the driver of a Dodge Durange hit pedestrians outside the Flamingo Lounge at about 9 p.m. One person sustained minor injuries.
Police said the driver left the scene of that accident, was then involved in another crash near Walker Avenue and Garfield Street, and ran away from the scene.
The driver was located and taken into custody following a search.
