Joe Wambach leads Keller & Keller’s Social Security Disability Department, fighting for the rights of the disabled.
He represents the disabled before the Social Security Administration and the U.S Courts. His knowledge and experience earn results for those deserving of Social Security Disability Benefits (“SSD”) and Supplemental Security Income benefits (“SSI”).
Joe was born and raised in Southern Indiana. Growing up in Evansville, Joe attended Evansville Central High School (Class of 2001). He earned an undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington (B.A. 2005) and has been an avid support of IU athletics ever since. Joe earned a law degree from the IU School of Law in Indianapolis (JD 2009). While attending law school, Joe studied abroad in England and Croatia in the summer of 2007.
As the manager of Keller & Keller’s Social Security Disability Department, Joe concentrates his practice in the area of disability law. Joe is dedicated to representation of all those who are unfairly denied disability benefits – regardless of their age or their work history.
He understands that disability isn’t defined by any one physical or mental health condition, but rather, by the combination of all impairments on an individual’s ability to work.
“The people who come to us for help have enough to worry about in their personal lives. They shouldn't be bothered with the administrative process of receiving their benefits. That's why we handle every step of their application process as well as any appeals.”
Joe routinely represents disabled claimants before Administration Law Judges across Indiana. Joe also represents Plaintiffs in civil lawsuits
against the Social Security Administration when their cases are denied by Administrative Law Judges and their Requests for Review are denied by the Social Security Appeals Council. He is admitted to practice law – and practices regularly – in the United States District Courts of Southern Indiana, Northern Indiana and Western Michigan.
Joe is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the National Organization for Social Security Claimants Representatives (N.O.S.S.C.R.). He attends N.O.S.S.C.R. conferences annually across the country.
Joe is an avid runner and cyclist. He ran the 2014 Indianapolis Mini Marathon and can be found frequently hiking and biking on Indianapolis’s many cultural trails.
Joe Wambach is an attorney who will fight for your disability benefits. He is ready to take on the Social Security Administration when they unfairly deny benefits to deserving people.
